Martina Tücking has extensive international experience in Human Resources Management in Europe, North America, South America and Asia. She was part of multinational teams and has led cross-country projects and workshops. Her international competence and intercultural sensitivity make her a valuable partner for internationally active companies, both for foreign companies in Germany, as well as for German and international companies abroad.

Her professional spectrum includes the worldwide human resources responsibility in companies with a few thousand employees as well as European or German responsibility in domestic and foreign companies.

Martina Tücking studied business administration at the universities of Bielefeld and Essen. She is a member of the umbrella company Deutsches Interim Management e. V..
